Elsie Silver, the woman you are. Wild Eyes is more than I ever thought it could be.

I’d like to wrap Skylar in cotton wool, stroke her hair and tell her everything will be okay. She has experienced so much in her short life. I found it very interesting reading from her perspective knowing that she only knows so much about her life. As a reader, I wanted to know everything that has ever happened to Skylar, all of the ways that she has been used and disrespected and mistreated but how can we know when she doesn’t even know that? She is a gorgeous character and I wish I could listen to her album.

West is sex incarnate. What a man. What a mighty good man. His words made my jaw drop at times. I giggled. I blushed. I howled. The driveway? The arena? Fan me. I’m sweating. Aside from being hot as hell, he is a genuinely good man. He is caring and excitable. He is a protector. He is an exceptional father (ok maybe I’m back on the ‘hot as hell’ thing because a capable father? Ask me if I’m okay), and would do anything for anyone. In many ways, I see myself in West, particularly in the ways he treats animals. I could read about every day of his life.

Emmy and Oliver, my babies. What gorgeous characters to see come to life even more in Wild Eyes. They are so open to love and life, and that is testament to their wonderful parents and the love that surrounds them. Ollie’s journey, in particular, was beautiful to read. I hope they crop up in the rest of the series so I can see how they get on, because I just know they could take over the world.

Wild Eyes is hilarious and sexy and oh so charming. Rose Hill, I love you. Elsie Silver, I love you.
