Series review as I read them all together and they are small books.
Fun & whimsical, a world of wacky inventions indeed. Takes a couple of kids on dramatic adventures in a crazy old hotel. Danger is always around the corner, there are valuable lessons to be learned, and everything is silly. I love the ducks and the key cards and the friendships. The one invention...the gloooop that sprays all over you and you slurp/lick it up as it evaporates...that sounds repulsive because I am positive it would leave you sticky or smelly or gross. Realm of gears or the dino room would be my favorite.
