Did not finish book. Stopped at 31%.

It’s not a bad story, just very slow paced. I’ve read 137 pages and not a great deal has happened. Plus I do think during the story telling, it veers off into too many random musings or subplots which I guess is cos the protagonist is 87 but it’s kinda annoying. Shame, as I’d like to know who killed the manager but can’t be bothered to read another 280 pages to find out.
