In Order to Live: A North Korean Girl's Journey to Freedom
by Yeonmi Park, Maryanne Vollers
Engaging memoir that I breezed through in less than a day. I appreciate that Yeonmi Park put Vollers as a co-author instead of using her as a ghostwriter. My only qualm about this book is that Park is now somewhat a weird, right-wing figure (ie. was on Joe Rogan’s podcast), and some of her current events, recent quotes, and youtube videos feel off to me.
