An incredibly important read that details the United States efforts to profit from the disaster created by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico last year. Even at only 80 short pages, this book packs a punch. By the end you'll realize a major failing of capitalism that isn't confined only to what is unfolding in Puerto Rico right now.
