Great reference book for Personal Trainers & athletes.

I hesitate to refer to this as "the best fitness book" as I've heard so many do. As it stands, it is currently used as part of my monitor riser(along with an anatomy and physiology reference book). I can't say I've had to pull it out and reference it too frequently, but ever so often we have one client come along who really challenges our brains.

I'd buy it again if I had to.
