I wanted to like this book, but there were two main issues preventing me from doing so:

a massive plot hole (it's never explained how Laura knows about the OG Guesthouse, nor is there any way for us to figure out that connection ourselves) and that the ending makes literally no sense (you're telling me that Laura, who spent the entire book agonizing over her guilt and wanting to take accountability for her actions, learns the exact opposite lesson and suddenly becomes a vengeance demon with no prompting?)

I did like the audiobook narration, and was surprised to see that others didn't!
