I really enjoyed reading this book! While it is definitely for middle grade readers, I found myself really entranced in the story. Kaylani is a well written, well-rounded character. I loved following her journey and can see her going on hundreds of mystery solving adventures. There a good story with a twist that I only saw when Kaylani saw (always seeing the shark too late). Truly kept me reading and fully invested in the mystery. Cannot wait to read more by Tiffany D. Jackson!
