Mythos: The Greek Myths Retold by Stephen Fry

3.0

This would have had four stars (five is practically unheard of from me) were it not for the fact I have a degree in Classical Studies and, as a result, found myself wanting to argue with the entire book (I would not mind discussing the subject with its author). There are countless variations of almost every myth Stephen Fry covers and I do appreciate he cannot cover them all. He can certainly write an engaging book, though, and if I agree with anything it is his larger-than-life portrayal of those featured within.

While three stars might not look like much, I would still recommend Mythos as an interesting read.
