super fun!!!! loved it, probably the one i enjoyed the most. BUT these reviews made me think keefe was gonna turn bi or something but it was literally 3 throwaway lines in all 400 pages about gay stuff. for those people complaining:
1. get over it. it’s 2025, get a grip. there have always been gay people and there always will be.
2. “it’s not appropriate for the age range” so have the same attitude towards the sokeefe kiss? if a guy saying “my husband” is inappropriate then so is two teens kissing
3. keefe went to modern day earth!!! specifically a major capital city with a huge population in which gay marriage and relationships are legal!!!! freaking obviously there would be gay people!!!
4. [spoilers not saying the name] and keefe NEEDED to see the gay people because it further proved the problems with matchmaking. it’s integral to the plot moving forward
there are much bigger problems in the world than three sentences about gay people in a book that you need to read 10 books to get to
