on one hand, it had good pacing, good characterization, lots of spice, a MC that's got a sensible head on her shoulders, and good mystery
on the other hand, i feel like i now have more questions than when i started, though that may have been on me cause i could've used a "previously on..."
i like how the other princes were portrayed except pride. he was hyped up to be this big baddie but had very little page time and didn't really wow me
i did see the wrath-is-the-devil reveal coming, but vittoria?? that betrayal is juicy and i can't wait for the next book
