T'challa kind of sucks in this series. Like he out here trying to quell a revolution of the people he claims to love as king. Here's the thing. This is an interesting and well written series. It's beautifully drawn and colored with some valuable conversations about power, privilege, class, race, and pros (not many) and cons of a monarchy. T'challa is supposed to represent black excellence, right? But in this comic, he represents the oppressor who thinks the idea of a people governing themselves is nonsense. All in all, it was a good read, and I am pulling for Ayo and Nneka to bring revolution to the women of Wakanda.
