stunning book. i have a special place in my heart for parallel narratives, the chapter switching to each individuals narrative that all link in later on = perfection.
i love the concept of learning about the family through the varying narratives, the dramatic irony as the reader has a superior position to the characters is also stunning.
there’s some triggering subjects in the narrative to be wary of as i wasn’t aware prior to reading.
very autumnal witch narrative, i need autumn.
