Flirting With The Bad Boy by Gia Stevens was a fun opposites attract romance that really focused on the characters and how they connected with one another. I think the chemistry between these characters is undeniable throughout the book, and while one of my least favorite tropes tried rear to its head, I think it was handled well and the book was still enjoyable overall. I loved the way these characters interacted, and I think the plot worked to support the characters, but it wasn’t anything ground breaking. This was a really character centric novel, which I liked a lot, because it gave plenty of space for the characters to grow. Also, this gets bonus points because our MMC is a cat dad and that just happens to be a huge win for me personally. If you’re looking for a new, spicy romance to add to your TBR, I’d definitely recommend this one.
