Not rating this because although it was an interesting mystery (and I preferred the way the backstory was presented to A Study in Scarlet), there was a ton of racism/stereotypes that leave me unsure how I even feel about the book. I know it was probably fitting for the time it was written but it was very uncomfortable reading it now. Classics, am I right?
