I was not expecting to be so emotionally invested in Ford and Emmy in Rouge Knight, but here I am a crying mess. There is so much love and sacrifice from Ford to make sure that Emmy could live the life that he felt she deserved. And Emmy was so kind, always doing what was asked of her trying to make everyone happy, all the while nursing a broken heart. The way I tore through this book was ridiculous, needing to know what was going to happen next! It’s been a while since a booked properly sucked me in and I’m so glad it was this one. But wait, did you see the next book?!  Rouge Angel which will be Grayson’s book! I’m so excited!!
