I thought I could do it. I thought I could finish the series solely on the basis of wanting more Laurie… I could not.
Dare I ask … WHERE. WAS. THE. PLOT. ? What is the plot? God…. I miss you book : Fortuna Sworn. It should have started and ended there. There were literally so many things thrown into this book I feel like I got whiplash. What’s even relevant anymore honestly?? I’ve sunk so much time into this series that I was really reluctant to give up on it but hey, life’s too short to read books I’m not enjoying.
