So informative! This is the kind of nutrition book I have been searching for. I love that all of the facts were backed up by science and clinical trials. In this day and age of science denial, it was a breath a fresh air. I highly recommend this for anyone trying to figure out what to eat for optimum health. I've been putting all of this information into practice for the last month, and I can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel. 5 stars!
