I wanted to rate this higher but the beginning where maxim keeps saying “she’s not 17” and “she’s no longer off limits” makes me uncomfortable. Plus as the story goes on Maxim just becomes the literal worst and yet (of course because it’s a romance) the strong, independent, incredibly intelligent, high achieving woman still falls for this awful rich white man. Love the plot. Love the cliff hanger. Love the FMC (Lennix is literally amazing). Hate the MMC.
