1,5/5 ⭐️
But the plot aside, the writing had me dying ngl, it giving wattpad 2020.
literally got so bored reading this that I fell asleep during it “multiple times”.

It made me hate the idea of reading. I stopped reading at chap 38 and drop a it for the first time. You won’t see me giggle and smiling reading this book, I’d be crying my eyes out of frustration and praying for my break to end just so I don’t have to read again.

Look, I don’t have high standard when it comes to book, some of my favorites were rated 3 ⭐️ on goodreads so I thought this 4 ⭐️ book would be something. But nope, the writing was cringe, I couldn’t count how many times he “barked” and “growled” animalistic-ally described in this book, I seriously had to put down it down just to stare at the wall for 15 mins every chapter and ask myself why the hell did I pick this book, goodread review disappointed me.

I’d smash my face against the bookshelf and yelled “trees died for this?” Kind of mood but it will never enough to express enough how I thought of this “masterpiece”.

(Some spoilers warning)

1. Main girl is dumb: imagine having a stalker coming over every few days just so you can grab a knife and trying to attack them KNOWING that they look like a beast and you are like a twig.

I mean.. the knife is understandable when you had nothing else to defend yourself for and it the first time you ever discovered a stalker in your house, but many nights after too?? It’s just the same repeating cycle that bored me to death and the frustration it brought on me like.. don’t they have guns? or she could use spice spray to attack him or something?

In the end it was proven that her method were dumb: dude literally threw her knife
