Oh no! they did not just write that.
For supersoldier teens who are able to incite fear in others just by using their brains. They sure get duped,get the short end of the stick a lot. Now this story is still interesting to me. But the world building could be explained a little. I can't really picture what world they are in. But the plot and where it's going next has me keep going on.
This series is about teens who are a clone of n original. With an ability where there brains can use as a weapon to detroy. Every one is a copy except for Rhys.

These kids are a copy of a copy and there's more where they came from...
Lol first time I've ever seen an author use a slash in writing. "And all the while my heart rate climbs as I anticipate/dread what comes next." So now this one takes you to an alternate kind of place. That looks and feels like New York maybe. Wow! This picks up and more things are added. Now we have creepy creatures called The Eyeless. It's picking up and adding more pieces in. Writing a good sequel is not always easy,but it can be done.
