the third book in the acotar series; it was so good!!! books centered around war aren’t usually my style but with this cast of characters, it was a beautiful tale of hope, determination, sacrifice, and recovery. nesta and elain becoming part of the gang made me so happy!! i loved seeing elain’s development and nesta’s fierceness, and the foreshadowing for
nesta and cassian throughout the story

MORRIGAN BI ICON?!?!
no wonder she was my fave from the start. the end chapter from rhysand’s perspective was so cute and charming. on another note, i feel like maas sometimes writes these epic sacrificial moments then immediately saves the situation, which i feel can be a bit of a cop-out to a beautiful sacrifice fitting for a book about war. other than that i had a great time reading this and im so excited for the holiday cheer of frost and starlight <3
