I'm not sure sun & star was that good. Honestly the fact that it's about solangelo aka my no 1 bubs alone bumps the rating at least by one star. But anyway, there was definitely more relationship/feelings on focus than just pure fighting like in the other books. At times I think you could feel that this was cowritten because usually I find Rick's books smooth and effortlessly funny whereas here I wasn't always sold on the humor.
Sometimes I feel like the talk of queer identities felt a bit awkward?? That might be the translation at fault though. And also it kinda makes sense because let's be honest being a teenager is so fucking embarrassing istg
