The Elegance of the Hedgehog by Muriel Barbery

Did not finish book. Stopped at 31%.
I found both narrators at in the first portion of the book to be so insufferable and insipid that it did not feel worth slogging through to the finish. I don't mind the philosophizing or observational narrative of everyday life in Paris, but to read through the lens of such arrogant characters was painful.
