Measuring a Meridian: The Adventures of Three Englishmen and Three Russians in South Africa by Jules Verne
1.0
Verne should probably just not write about Africa. This has a plot idea, but the characters are the flattest yet and the peril is entirely temporary. Never did I believe any of the collection paper people were in actual danger. Read literally any other Verne work before this.
