Perfectly fun, perfectly fine thriller. It kept me interested but I wasn’t totally hooked to where I couldn’t put it down. I guessed the end well before it happened, but seeing everything fall into place and explained was nice.

Lots of fat jokes and descriptions of the MC/ex wife being fat and so obviously useless and sad and not worthy of love/attention, etc etc. When are we going to stop doing that? Seriously, someone’s weight doesn’t determine their worth. Full stop. Also, some justification of cheating because wife was dealing with pretty severe depression. Ew.

The story was good, the concept was super interesting, but there are some problematic concepts. If you’re looking for a quick thriller read this one could be for you!
