If you had told me I'd end up liking Kyle Burr by the end of this, I'd have said, "No, and fuck you for suggesting it," but I did. Amazing.
Every Teagan Frost novel has been high-octane, but this one was particularly exhilarating, which usually doesn't happen when a superpowered character loses their abilities. I loved getting to see more of characters who had been largely mysterious up to this point, and I can't wait to see where things go from here.
