I first learned of this series when I saw a post on tumblr of one of their adventures. I was intrigued so I decided to follow up by buying this collection of stories.
I was in no way disappointed. The characters may be animals but they are in many ways so very human.
And the stories, though perhaps a little silly if you take a step back and consider it, are so well delivered and so eerie that I just couldn't put it down. Needless to say I ran through it in one sitting. I can't wait to read more!
And that's not even bringing up the amazing artwork itself. Really, really awesome, and diverse in the sense that the animals and humans were equally well done, so there wasn't a weakness to it I felt!
I strongly recommend this to anyone into eerie stories, though be prepared for some heart break.
