The Anomaly by Michael Rutger

Man, oh man. What a novel. This isn't a good book, but it is entertaining. It requires a lot of suspension of disbelief, and I wish it had more creepy moments. It was definitely more action/adventure horror (think Congo but less racist), which meant that it tended to go for action instead of the horror.

And the end. Oh, the end.
Spoiler PTERODACTYLS AND UNICORNS. REALLY RUTGER. WHAT.

Overall, I recommend this if you're look for a fun, quick read. Don't expect wonders, but you might find it entertaining.
