(listened to the audiobook) One of the easiest 5 stars I’ve given to a book. This story had me absolutely hooked, body and soul, from the very beginning. During the 2 days it took me to finish, I often found myself pausing what I was doing to just listen to the story for a bit, feeling as though moving would make me miss some part of the mystery. Even after I guessed the main twist, there were so many little pieces that I didn’t see coming. It was chilling, enthralling, devastating, and amazing all at once.
