In all seriousness, I genuinely like Erebus. Even before the whole "Synod put me up to it" thing I thought he was cool. I feel like he does want to be a good dad, but being in the Negative prevents him. Props to Cass for being able to put that past him and try to make repairs. Circe/Cybill better make a return, Dion better get back to normal/un-slaved. I really liked Dion's character in the first book, I like how even though he was destroying the world (kind of) he had reasons, and he still had a personality outside of that.
