I needed this book when I was 18 and stuck in Christian modesty and purity culture. For almost 30-year-old me, this book gives great insights, evidence and “permission” to be who you are as you have always been. This book is kind and non-judgemental where other books fail to be. You will see some part of yourself in some part of this book.
A worthwhile read for everyone. Tailored to people with vulvas, but useful for anyone!
My only caveat is that as someone with sexual pain, this book is an introduction, not a fulsome guide for this group. More reading to be done from other sources listed within this book.
