Such an interesting take on the structure and workings of a society based on Greek mythology. More importantly, I really enjoyed Psyche and Eros as main characters. They really shined and really grew into themselves and their strengths as the book progressed.
Graphic: Sexual content
Moderate: Medical content, Injury/Injury detail, Emotional abuse, Fatphobia, Body shaming, Murder, and Blood
Minor: Alcohol, Bullying, Death, Gun violence, and Cursing
In general, Psyche does bring up past bullying and issues of fatphobia and body shaming. In addition, where there aren't explicitly described kinks in this book, it is still just as graphic sexual content as the first. Psyche does have to treat an injury that Eros has obtained on one of his jobs for his mother and it is described. In addition, some men try and shoot Psyche while she hides behind a barrier. It is a short scene. As a hitman/fixer for his mother, Eros does discuss and contemplates the murders he's had to commit for his mother and how her treatment of him has affected his perspective on these actions.
