2.5* This book REALLY annoyed me. I wanted to love it because I liked the Fever series a lot. But being subjected to this FMC's stream of consciousness was grating. I stuck with it, and it got good the last 5% of the book. That's not okay. I may try book 2 because it's KMM and I did find the cliffhanger interesting. But I won't give it much of a chance ... it will need to improve on this one quickly. Also, the spice is all closed door spice ... which, just ugh. Maybe it gets half a spicy pepper because it mentions sex, but it's a stretch.
