to be honest, i liked this book, but you can definitely tell that it was Leigh Bardugo’s debut novel, as the writing isn’t the best.
however, her mind is <u>genius</u> for thinking of this (and the entire Grishaverse). the story and world is incredibly interesting, the characters are well developed and really lovable… for the most part, of course. fuck you, Darkling.
