💬: “In a world where you can choose anger or empathy. Always choose empathy.”
I went into this book thinking it was a fluffy romance, but it was deep and emotional while maintaining lighthearted and funny moments. Justin is the poster boy for “if he wanted to, he would.” I loved how this book portrayed mental illness and childhood trauma and how to support friends dealing with this. This was the first book I read by Abby Jimenez but it definitely won’t be my last.
