This is a fast moving thriller with elements of mystery involved. It begins as what seems like a copy of Hitchcock's famous - and very entertaining - Strangers on a Train, but then there is a twist (just like in that film) and another twist after that. This book does entertain as the quick pace does keep the reader interested, but at the same time one must suspend a lot of disbelief. Just the disbelief in finding parking in New York City is outrageous. The ending in particular left a lot to be desired - and a lot of questions. As a person who wears contacts, the speed of getting them in and out of one's eye without water or solution was enough to kill a lot of the plot for me. But I did appreciate the time split where the author poked fun at two of America's worse, and most idiotic, presidents.
