This book is easily of one my favorite reads of the year. The sweet relationship between Ianthe and Fintan, the variety of magical beings like giants, merrows, and faeries, and a healthy dose of Celtic mythology from a clearly-knowledgeable writer make this story a beautiful masterpiece. Emily McPherson is absolutely an author you’ll want to follow. I cannot WAIT to find out what happens in book 2!!!
