The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly

3.0

I would give it 3.5 stars. I really enjoyed the parable portion of the book, as I could see how the application of internal support for an entire organization such as was depicted could be extremely useful.

However, I didn't love the add-on after the parable in which the author outlines his how-to of applying exactly what he thinks is the best way and the best sorts of professionals to bring in for dream support.

And I didn't agree with his position on dreams. It's not that he's wrong about the significance of dreams, per se, I just have experienced as a coach the greater significance in life of the issues that might be blocking our way toward creating a desired future.

That being said, I think this book could be an interesting read for anyone involved in corporate coaching or consulting or in the financial services industry.
