This is a great way to continue from the first book. I do admit I was a bit uncomfortable at the last few chapters because of the obsession with plugs. With that said the plot is still very turning and I still feel the need to continue on to see the outcome of this couple and their families.
Petra seems to show more adolescent anger that make me feel like she is still not ready for a relationship like this with Alex. And no offense, but Alex is giving me even more grooming like behavior than I felt before. Reading this book makes me feel that there was grooming even in her younger years before he left for those 10 years . As a result, I feel like my opinion sides more with the parents in this book. Now I just wonder what Alex’s family is capable of and what they’ll do in order to protect him and his decision to be in a relationship with Petra.
