eyla 's review for:
Kingdom of the Wicked
by Derek Landy
Finally finished. That took me a long time to get through. Now, I absolutely love Skulduggery Pleasant, my favourite series of all time. Thing is, this book was more of a filler novel than moving plot forward.
Of course, it was an amazing filler, the story, the characters, all amazing as usual. But there was little progress towards the final destination. And I am simply not a fan of filler arcs or novels.
There are a few important characters and plotlines introduced in this book that are really important. And I must say, these are the good bits. Everything with the Supreme Council is a major plot point. And then there is the Epilogue.
But that is all I can say without spoilers, so I guess straight on to reading more.
