It shouldn’t take 10 days to finish a book like this, and yet it did. I think there was something in the pacing or maybe the inner monologue of the characters that made it harder to read. It wasn’t a relaxing or exciting journey the way IHOS was.
If you’re planning to read just to catch a glimpse of Piper & Brendan then I would say don’t, because they don’t have nearly as much of a role as Fox & Hannah had in IHOS.
