I am flying through this series. It is amazing. I’m listening on audiobook and it has fantastic pacing that keeps you engaged. I read the first two books of the series in a day each. The characters are well developed and multidimensional. The fairytale elements of the story are fresh and inventive while feeling familiar. I really enjoyed the Caraval series and this is a spin off that has the ability to stand on its own. Utterly fantastic!
