The Bad Boy's Baby by Cindi Madsen

5.0

***I received a copy of the book via Net Galley and Entangled Publishing in exchange for an honest review***

The Bad Boy's Baby is book 3 in the Hope Springs series and can be read as a stand alone. I haven't read the first two but was able to follow the story easily.

Cam Brantley was a notorious bad boy in Hope Springs but he's been away for years while serving in the Army. He's come back to town to help renovate Mountain Springs B & B and cabins with his brother Heath. He plans on leading trips into the nearby mountains once everything is finished but little does he know that his hot one-night stand before shipping out with is the project manager for Mountain Springs.

Emma Walker has one thing on her mind to finish the B & B and move to a big city where she can earn more to provide for her daughter, Zoey and herself. When she arrives at the site, she finds out that Cam is back and that she needs to tell him that he has a daughter. But will he accept that he has a daughter and love her as much as she does.

Once Cam meets Zoey, he's for sure that she is his daughter and decides to he does want to be in her life. I really loved the "Why?" questions that Zoe asked both Emma and Cam and the mud puddle episode brought back childhood memories. There is a second story line with Pete who is helping with the project but its a minor story line. But when Emma and Cam escape to Blue Lake for the week-end and issue a fishing challenge is when I read fell in love with both characters. I'm sure that you'll enjoy the book as much as I did and want to read the previous two books to catch up on Quinn and Sadie (Girl's night out!) and Grandma Bev (who by the way is a hoot with her Bingo episode).
