Honestly, this was such a cute little pallete cleanser. I had seen it in the store and the title caught my eye. Unique title and then the synopsis on the back actually made me laugh out loud. Immediately got this and tore into it.

It's a cute romance book based in a fantasy world. More romance than fantasy in my opinion. I think this would be a more soft core version of Apprentice to the Villain when it comes to humor.

Very minor spice. Two scenes I believe and it's not super descriptive.

I love that the main character had a disability. And I kinda enjoyed that it wasn't a piece that had to have a solution immediately.

The foreshadowing and lil hints sprinkled about were also well done.

Overall, it's a such a pleasant read. Definitely a standalone book and hopefully it stays that way. No reason to really expand on anything and sometimes that's nice.
