There are pieces of the story I love.  August's changes and Edmonton and Rosalind's relationship.

The problem is with the execution. The first 1/3 of the book requires a certain amount of accepting the main characters stupid decisions.  Not much of the book explains her time in the future and how she owned her own successful bakery in 4 years.   The middle part of the book is not bad.  The last 1/3 is a rushed reveal like in Scooby Doo where the characters talk out everything that happened with the villain.
