Not the book for me. It sounded interesting, but it’s darker and slower than I was expecting, and I am still confused about many things. It is not a book that explains many things to you, and while I appreciate books that expect you to keep up and learn yourself, I didn’t think this one did it very effectively. Interesting twist at the end, but I feel no sense of satisfaction or closure about the plot or even really the main characters.
