I loved it I loved it I loved it!
Have you ever read a book that gave you SUCH warm and fuzzies that you were compelled to reach inside and give everyone in it a giant bear hug?! Imagine that... But like... clever and witty and devastating all at the same time.
I loved how beautifully patient the Housekeeper was throughout this book, and how she took every situation into her stride. Her interactions with the Professor were so heartwarming and beautiful, and I loved how the two of them expanded their understanding to incorporate Root as they did.
I love that this book ended the way that it did, and I honestly feel like a better person for having read it. If nothing else, this book made me explore the beauty of maths in a way that my math-hating soul has never been willing to before, and for that, I will always hold The Housekeeper and the Professor in the highest regard.
