Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling

When life gives you lemons, you take the Harry Potter books and learn how to turn them into mice.

I was tired and sad, and stressed, but now I am just tired. Reading the books in English for the first time really is an adventure that I'd recommend to all readers of any of the translations. However, reading the books as an adult, I keep catching myself trying to out-smart Rowling and find plot-holes in what she has written. I must say, there are quite a few, but in the end that doesn't take away from the experience at all.

Thank you, Harry Potter, for making my life better. Really. You (and my friends) know what you did. And now again.
