Lips Too Chilled by Matsuo Bashō

4.0

Lost in translation seems very fitting for this book. I have always admired the art of haiku poetry, and while I for the most part felt moved by the beauty of these poems, sometimes I caught myself thinking one or two didn't make much sense and mostly I think it had to do with the English translation. I'm pretty sure I'll reread these soon, perhaps when it finally feels like spring in Denmark.
